There aren't any Chick-fil-A's in my area and viewing their menu, I find it looks better nutritionally than other fast food restaurants, so I would frequent them occasionally, but not as often as I otherwise would because of the CEO's intolerant attitude. I still avoid Domino's despite the change in CEO -- but there are plenty of other pizza chains and independent Pizza restaurants.

I go there to eat and nothing else. I feel that Chic Fil A has the right to their views, just as the homosexual community has the right to their views. I buy products like from Ebay and Amazon and they support gay right organizations. If I picked and choose to buy something or not because of a place of business stance on something I'd be living in a card board box under a bridge.

Personally I think Chick Fil A is insanely narrow minded, but they are a christian chain and they reacted exactly the way I would expect the majority of christians to act. But they have every right to disagree and even though I find their ignorance disgusting, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But this wouldn't stop me from eating there.

I am at a point in life where I feel people in a committed relationship deserve the ability to make it more permanent. I realize being conservative may make stance a bit off but honestly- my friends that are gay are just like many people in my life. Looking for a settled normal life. I don't quite get the transgendered community or the very flamboyant people. But I believe that those committed should be able to have a life

Who the hell wants to support bigotry? This business has had 12 lawsuits for unlawful termination from being gay to being a woman. Just read "The cult of Chick-Fil-A" written by Forbes magazine in 2007 its blatantly obvious that Mr. Cathy is a bigot! The interview left me shaking my head in disgust!

This is just another example of politicians and the media trying to divide the country for their own gain. By creating a controversy out of a CEOs opinion they are trying to keep people from publicly expressing ideas/opinions so they can control the dialogue in the country. Many of them want to tell us want to think and believe instead of being a reflection of the people they represent as intended. We need more business leaders and individuals to speak out and take the lead away from Washington DC. Make them represent 'We The People' again and quit telling us what to think.

Everyone has the right to their own opinions but I cannot support a restaurant chain which endorses bigotry. And yes, it is bigotry. By coming out against gay marriage, Chick-fil-a is putting themselves in the same category as all those anti-gay hate groups. Also, before someone starts talking about traditional marriage, look in the Old Testament. There are several definitions of marriage such as a woman who was a virgin being required to marry her rapist and a woman having to marry her deceased husband's brother. Both require the woman to submit to her husband sexually. And by the way, I have my right to freedom of speech as well.
