Nudity doesn't exactly have to be porn or include sex, it could be a documentary about nude beaches, or human anatomy that may show a full person's body or even an infomercial about plastic surgery or weight loss showing the before and after of how that person changed. All I'm doing here is giving examples of things that could still be shown in prime-time TV displaying nudity in a not offensive or sexual way. If you don't want your kids watching it then change the channel.

TV already has enough uncensored stuff. Too much is being uncensored for children. There are places for adults who want to see nudity to see it. Late night TV and movies. There's no reason for it to be uncensored, especially when children could be watching.

Our children are having to grow up fast enough as it is. In today's world we have to watch for SO much, like warning children about predators, drugs, alcohol, and their tricky ways of hooking them into horrid things, even before they get into kindergarten. Nudity on television is just adding another problem to our equation!! When is enough going to be enough?!?! Is it too much to ask to stop the smutt that is being introduced at such early ages!?! Absoutly get some clothes on these actors. Put a little class back into television programs. We as adults know what everything looks like. Why must our children?!?

The free market should dictate what is on privately owned television stations (cable and satellite in particular since they don't use public airwaves). It is parents' responsibility to monitor their children's viewing habits. Plenty of TVs have V-Chips now.

After all, tv and movies are all largely remakes if not out right rip offs of shows that died off when we were kids. Can't come up with something original? The human body is nothing to be ashamed of, nor is it anything that we need to hide. Everybody has one, after all. Those who claim "but what about the children!?!?" and seem to equate a naked body to full-on orgies and BDSM don't seem to comprehend the difference and that explaining things to kids early on reduces the chance of "experimentation." We have no reason to be ashamed of our bodies, and we shouldn't have to hide or censor them just because a few people whine about something they don't seem to fully think through.

Yes !!! Nudity should be off limits on prime-time t.v., or any time for that matter. Let's get back to good story writing like the old movies and t.v. shows had. Society is relying too much on nudity, sex, and effects today, and the story lines are weak. If people want to see nudity let them purchase it sepparately on DVD or Blueray, or on satillite.

It seems that society accepts any type of violence, but yet such a natural thing as the human body Repulses them. It makes me wonder where our morals are when parents casually accept the violent video games and shows on tv, yet god forbid we see an undressed person. I guess seeing someone get hacked to death is more appropriate than a naked body.
