    I think he could have attempted to go through proper channels if he felt that his rights had been violated. But doesnt seem like they have.

    Are people like Brown a serious threat to federal authorities? Some are some are not. But all threats should be treated seriously and be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

    People like this are definately a threat. A good hacker can ruin your life with just a few keystrokes. The problem is how do you punish them or even keep them from doing this. You know...its called cyber bullying in teenage language

    Maybe I missed something, I didn't hear him threaten anything illegal, only that he plans on digging up dirt in an attempt to ruin the life of who he believes to be a scandalous government agent who has endangered his life and harassed his family so I don't really see any grounds for prosecution based solely on that.

    I haven't researched this matter at all so i could be way off base here, but what I got from the video is that he is exposing wrong doing by government agents and in retaliation they're threatening his mother, who he claims to be innocent, and making his location known to a cartel hit squad. Hell, I'd be furious and wanting some retribution.
