    "One donor asked how Romney would respond to an event like the Iran hostage crisis in order to "duplicate" the scenario where Reagan appeared very strong on the campaign trail against President Carter. Romney responded at length, concluding that "if something of that nature presents itself I will work to find a way to take advantage of the opportunity." - Guess that explains the premature eJACKAL-elation problem after the embassy deaths.

    @ there was a part of that same video released today where is giving his excuse of why he wouldn't go one the view Lol he is scared of a few sharp tounged women. Wow and this is who some want for president. Who was it calling for them to release the entire video. Are you sure that's a good idea. Wouldn't it be more fun if it was released a little at a time. Like one liners...bahaha

    ...once he primped his mirror reflection in a vain attempt to improve his image for his precious endorsements like tRrump.

    i hearya it didn't help him but at the same time he's not flip flopping for once so.... heck i don't know what to make of this lunacy

    @GunPolitics Dr. Paul is smiling as the two morons destroy one another and point out just how flawed the system of picking the supposed "Lesser of Two Evils" really is.
  • !
    @Keyjo its hard to imagine anyone fully supporting this clown anymore. Most people just cling to getting Obama out of office at all costs, but actually thinking Romney will be a strong leader is laughable.
  • !
    @mynameisaric
    Romney frightens me. He can not relate to most of the nation's citizens. He has no conception of what hard labor is or what it is to live from paycheck to paycheck. His idea of slumming is wearing the same pair of jeans for a full day.

    @mynameisaric "Most people just cling to getting Obama out of office at all costs"
    Yep, Dr Paul is looking better to them everyday.
  • !
    @Fishbone345 except Dr Paul isn't running, but Gary Johnson is! If you want change, he's your guy. I'll be voting for Johnson in November.
  • !
    I noticed some of his guests had the same problem. Too bad we didn't have a better view of them. A small group, probably all super rich.
  • !
    All of this goes to show just how out of touch Romney is from main stream Americans.
    He seems to think that everyone can afford health care, some of us are just too lazy or cheap to get it! He doesn't realize that some people live paycheck to paycheck. He doesn't understand that some, many people, have to decide on buying medicine, buying food, or paying the electric bill or paying the rent.

    It's tough to empathize with experiences you don't share. Mr Romney is the privileged child of powerful parents, and, bless him, he avoided difficulties that most of his fellow citizens endure. This is a distance he'll not be able to bridge.
  • !
    Yeah! Romney and the Republicans need to realize that they're are a lot of lazy people out there who don't want to have to work hard and would prefer to be paid by people who do for nothing!

    That's essentially what you said, Keyjo.
  • !
    @Politicskid
    Thank you, Politicskid for pointing this out! Keyjo wants to suggest that the average American is making difficult choices every month, but the truth is that MOST Americans have never experienced what REAL hardship is. There are some who have, and many of them are elderly and really do need help. But the vast majority of people in our nation need to work more and learn to live on less. Healthcare? Sure, why not? Food, shelter, clothing, and utilities? Yes, if they're willing to work in jobs or community programs...otherwise, no...,even for those on disability who can help (not severely handicap or elderly). They need to be putting in hours in their communities. Cell phones, manicures, stylish clothing/accessories? NO! Unfortunately, the Democratic ideal of getting back on one's feet has too often come to mean getting a free ride. There...Romney doesn't have to say it anymore; this middle class female Democrat has said it for him.

    @Blueyes
    Do you realize that health insurance purchased independently costs about $250 per month? And that's for $1500 deductsble! So you figure that a person working 40+ hours per week for average labor wages can afford that, plus rent, food, utilities? Forget luxuries or entertainment, right? Laborers only deserve toeat.sleep and die, right!? We don't deserve any quality of life,.right? That's only for the rich, lazy, demonic bastards.

    Romney was in China shopping for a sweat shop. He dumped his morals and turned a blind eye to what was really happening and went with his host's story that the barbed wire was there to keep people out.

    Some Christian/American/Human Being.

    Quite frankly, I'm just glad that someone in this race is FINALLY saying what needs to be said, and some of this needed to be said, folks! For months now, we have watched as Republicans have made fools of themselves in interviews and debates, just trying to avoid saying what they feared would villainize them. And this video may actually backfire on those who released it, because this is the type of straightforward approach many voters have been waiting for. Middle and upper class Americans truly are getting tired of footing the bill in this country, and with Obama, it appears that the problem will only get worse. Team Romney had alienated me with the anti-abortion rhetoic, but now, I'm listening again.
  • !
    Keep listening. That part of his campaign isn't going away. He's only against Big Government when it's something he dislikes.
  • !
    @Lorth
    OR everything you say can just be misconstrued and/or taken out of context...happens a lot, especially in today's media social networking.
  • !
    @Blueyes - Romney isn't being taken out of context. The people defending him aren't complaining about context - they're claiming he is correct.

    , You got to be kidding me. He basically said if you're low income working American who does not pay any federal income tax he does not care about you and doesn't want your vote.
  • !
    @Capt_Morgan02 No matter how you phrase it is still a dumb statement. It also proves he has nothing to say to this group. Why doesn't he engage these people and tell them what he could do for them as president that would be smart. I guess they just don't make enough money for him to be concerned with them.

    But what IF having a big military bankrupts the country, OR if the military industrial complex runs the country for it's good, not that of the citizens?

    Can someone explain to me how massive tax cuts for the wealthy actually creates jobs? In early 2000's the biggest tax cuts in history were handed out and over 8 years created 1 million jobs. So how is doing the same thing going to net different results? There is one thing that creates jobs...DEMAND. Its the basic principle of economics...supply and demand. The "job creators" are drowning in cash and capital. The problems is that consumers can't buy anything. If consumers cannot DEMAND products and/or services, then they won't be supplied. So please explain in detail how repeating the same failed tax cut strategy by throwing more money at millionaires will somehow work differently this time around!!
  • !
    Easy-Peasy. If people like Romney wouldn't have to pay any capital gains tax ( instead of getting raped at 13.9 percent), they could afford more stable boys to take care of their show horses, a couple extra gardeners, maybe an extra tennis coach or golf instructor. Right there - at least 4 or 5 jobs if he had been able to take home 22 million instead of just 19 million.

    “We’ve slipped away from a true republic, Now we’re slipping into a fascist system where it’s a combination of government, big business and authoritarian rule, and the suppression of the individual rights of each and every American citizen.”

    -Ron Paul

    Romney = Military Industrial Complex.

    Obama = You Didn't Build That
