Romney Accused of 'Dying His Face Brown' for Hispanic Voters

Rumors have been circulating online

The internet grapevine is spreading the meme that Romney "dyed his face brown" for a town hall interview on the Spanish-language Univision network last night.

The idea popped up on the liberal blogosphere, via Democratic Underground and Wonkette, and has made its way into the mainstream liberal press. Romney certainly does look more tan than usual, but his, ahem, glow could just be a makeup mishap or a byproduct of long hours campaigning outdoors.

We should add that Romney made the most of the Univision interview to woo Latino voters. He emphasized that he'd pursue permanent immigration reform for the young people given temporary status by Obama. And in an attempt to recover from his "47%" video gaffe, he said four times that he was out to represent "100% of America."

I think that he just forgot and wiped nose and the brown stuff from all his rich friends behinds got all over it. He's used to that aroma, so Mitt thought nothing of the smell. In order to be consistent with his recent positions, he only dyed it 47% brown. But let's give him some credit. Romney has a history of just turning into whoever people want him to be. So he notices that people liek Obama lots better than they like him so he is becoming Obama. Good to ya there Mittens.
