Who kicked the most ass in the debate? The answer will probably depend on who's "your guy," but a lot of the pundits are calling it for Biden. The other winner was anyone who watched the debate, which was an entertaining verbal slugfest.

Some of the best lines:

1. On Romney's 47% comments, Paul Ryan got the first big laugh: "As the Vice President knows, sometimes words don't come out of your mouth the right way."

2. "First they blamed the Youtube video. Now they're trying to blame the Romney-Ryan ticket," said Ryan of the White House's handling of the Benghazi attack.

3. "With all due respect that is a bunch of malarkey," Biden responded, after laughing his way through Ryan's statement.

    I thought biden was more bold, but less on real content...just full of aggression.in the end, there's more to a debate than zeal for your own view. Thought he was flat out untruthful about Obama-care and the catholic church. And he shoot himself in the foot regarding 9/11/12. Ryan was composed, respectful and, i think, honest.

    @marine1 He made Ryan his B!&$h. He destroyed every one of his arguments and poked holes in all his policies. Romney can't carry himself let alone the entire ticket.

    I'm still trying to figure out why both parties are celebrating this debate and the last one, yucking it up about the gaffes and the issues that really don't even come close to measuring up to the one issue that truly affects EVERY citizen in this country. The one that completely strips us of any Liberties we currently enjoy. The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012.
    Get back to me when your smiling jackass candidate addresses this issue. Till then America lost the debate tonight and continues to do so every damn night they don't address it.

    Nuclear Iran? No such thing and won't be for some time, unless you are a scare monger in which case it's "Tremble before the mighty Iran!" But the fact is that Iran is no threat to the US/ Neither is China, North Korea, or anyone else. If you fear Iran you must tremble in terror at the nuclear armed France.

    I have a feeling that the Christophobes out there are going to be disappointed this Christmas season. I predict that the creches that they love to voice their indignation about will be in short supply this year since Joe Biden did a masterful job of annihilating an army of straw men which obviously will have a dramatic affect on the price of straw for the manger.

    I thought you assured me that the Tea Party would reign these loons in and keep them centered on real issues.
    Well, that right there is issue Número Uno in my book. There is honestly not one other damn issue I want to hear about, being as this is the only one that totally revokes Liberties!!

    Yeah Bobo...you've got to admit that the TP-ers were easily pacified by a moderate-W.A.S.P. and the Boy Scout of Neo-Cons. If you'd have told me then that these guys were the GOP ticket-to-come, I'd have guessed that you guys had split-off to form your own party-that's-not-a-party party. That's why the whole "party-that's-not-a-party " thing just isn't going to get it done. These tyrants are pros when it comes to "divide-and-conquer" tactics, and they reeled you in and busted you up within two years of the mid-terms. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to knock you at all...but are the same people that cried out so loudly in 2010 really satisfied with the resulting ticket?...and before you say, "well anybody that gets Obama out is a hero," don't go there, because he's gotta do something beyond that or we're just essentially trading old manure for a fresh load...

    @GetAwake and Fishbone- I've given up on anyone who a) votes based on one issue and/or 2) thinks there is any credence to the saying, "both parties are the same." If you can't see the differences even if neither party has a hair up their ass about your pet issue then there is nothing to talk about.

    @Bobolinsky I don't have a "pet issue" unless you consider the free-will of The People and/or the sanctity of the United States Constitution "pet issues", my friend. As for giving up on those who think that "there is any credence" to that saying, well I certainly hope not. Those people may very well be all that you have left after this election. I guess all of those "Grassroots 'Pubs" that we're holding up signs and disrupting town halls just wanted to see what it felt like to be patriots for a little while, huh? Like riding a roller coaster at Six Flags: Fun for a little while, bit if they did it for too long, they'd spew their steaks all over their shoes.

    @GetAwake-- What are you talking about Fritz? Do you really think that someone who votes or doesn't vote based on abortion, or drug legalization, or which candidate is most isolationist is the backbone of this country? Horsehockey.

    Did you even read the article I linked, or are you just like all the democrats and libercontrarians who can't be bothered with what those "Grassroots 'Pubs" that got a bunch of people elected to Congress that you probably haven't heard of and more are on the way in January.

    @Mike78 Really? lol Biden dominated Ryan. Just watch the part where he asked Ryan for details on his and Romney's tax plans, or the one where Biden mentioned Ryan asking him for stimulus funding.The look on Ryan's face both times, priceless.

    @Mike78 Facts like... Ryan's budget that called for the same cuts to Medicare? Or maybe facts like they would do nothing differently about Iran, despite the heavy criticisms from their campaign? Or maybe the fact that Romney, not the administration, was the one to jump all over the Benghazi tragedy for political gain? Or maybe you're talking about the fact that Romney refuses to give any details on how he's going to pay for a 20% tax cut, or maybe that the goal of the 'tax cut' is to keep everybody's tax burden the same which begs the question, why have a tax cut in the first place? You mean those facts?

    I've gotta stop and ask: You're ripping-off the system...but how f*****g-magnificently-STUPID have you gotta be to stand there and tell the 6 o'clock news all about it?!?! ROTMFF! I know, I know...we're paying for this travesty...twice over if we have land-lines AND a mobile, and then throw in extra lines for family...but this is just TOO FUNNY to watch. It's really almost worth the price of admission.

    I'm an independent voter, but my vote is Joe walked all over Ryan. I was not impressed with the presidents debate, but this one did impress me. Now I have to weigh the pro's and the con's of each guy to see what I come up with. This should be very interesting!

    Joe knocked it out of the park explaining his stance on abortion......you can be deeply religious AND not impose your beliefs on everyone else.
    He was also crystal clear on our exit strategy for Afghanistan.
    Ryan was disappointing....he was supposed to be the numbers guy on the Republican ticket but offered nothing new or concrete....just fuzzy math and rhetoric.

    I felt Biden was rude, interrupting Ryan over 80 times. The constant laughter
    was unsettling and disrespectful, and once it is played again and again,maybe
    even he will see what a buffoon he was...very juvenile and bordering on hysterics. The moderator didn't have control, there was a conflict of interest
    and she should not have been considered. That said, Ryan acted professional
    and composed and Biden acted like a silly school kid who had just been given
    laughing gas. Ryan won the debate.

    I am amused that the criticism of Biden is he did not treat Ryan with proper respect. Awww!! Did somebody mistreat Princess Ryan? Thats rich.

    Biden kicked ass. Here is my problem with Romney/Ryan...they are constantly saying "I have a plan" but refuse to say what any of those plans are. Other than cutting taxes on the wealthy. They're all about that.

As for the stimulus money. You'd have to be an idiot not to try to get a little return in what your tax paying constituents have to bay for. Typical hypocrites. Biden was typical as usual. Making excuses, blaming everyone else and not very convincingly unless your one of his sheep!!!!
