Romney is taking the high road and it is a good thing he has enough issue related facts to shine way above the President! I was reluctant about Romney in the beginning, mostltpy pp

@SilentMajority repubs are behind this to make themselves look "classy." Just another reason why I will never vote for either one. Low repubs, low. Lol

@Cheenoguy I'm a republican because I beleive in personal freedom. I am 90/10 in agreement with the platform so I always vote conservative, even though in my opinion the war on drugs has been a failure. Pot is a gateway drug, no doubt about it, but as compared to alcohol, lots less problems, other than law enforcement busting in on people doing bong hits and playing xbox and putting themselves on a pedastal. They dont normally do that with coke dealers, they have uzis, the cops might get hurt. But either way in my opinion, people are going to use drugs for whatever thier personal reason is for escaping the world, most people dont drink and use drugs because its fun, theres something eating at them that needs to be taken care of. But we might as well get the dealers out of the equation by re-legalizing weed, it was legal until they made it illegal, and regulating coke and heroin, and letting the jail cells fill back up with people who should be there.

This has turned into the sleaziest election year I have ever witnessed.

The failing two party system, along with all the idiotic name calling and bullshit accusations almost make me ashamed to be an American.

Good Lord man, no wonder there is so much apathy in potential voters.

coke dealer or not we now know that he is absolutely a liar. with the release of the emails coming out of Libya during the attack it is rock solid proof that the administration knew that our people were under attack on 911 and they knew while the attack was still underway . they had time to move fast teams to intervene on behalf of Americans against Islamic terrorists but they chose the side of the Islamic terrorists. those who still support these traitors should at least be honest and condemn the actions of a coward in the White House, who chose to watch Americans be slaughtered for fear of aggravating his new friends in the Muslim world. the story that he may have been a scumbag drug dealer, however believable is irrelevant.

In all fairness, politix leans very hard to the left and has run many, many unsubstantiated, bullshit stories about many Republicans and Third Party candidates.

I mean Donald Trump could never become president, so what does he do? Let garbage come out of his mouth about the President. We already know Donald is a racist and hates our president. I hope the president legalize weed then, solve the nation's problems right there.
  • !
If Trump is going to do it...why should the Romney camp have anything to do with it? There really is no need for them to put their two cents in. Just sit back and watch what happens.
  • !
no Romney is above this gutterball. now if the shoe was on the other foot the scum bags in the Obama campaign would jump on trash like this.
  • !
Actually I've been getting a lot of emails about this, and that he was also in a gang when he lived in Hawaii. However, he was young and I also did crazy things when I was young, as do most teens and young adults.
I am no fan of Obama's by any stretch, but I think Romney's silence on the issue speaks volumes of his integrity,
and that's what I hope we will have is a President with integrity...

@AceLuby That's a ridiculous statement, I had all boys and trust me, I'm sure they did worse than that ! Boys
will be boys and I didn't raise no "sissy" boys...maybe the kid needed a hair-cut. See, I try to give you Dems the
benefit of doubt and you come back with that!?...
  • !
@AceLuby (A) Keep in mind it was a gay kid.
    (B) This is only a story if Obama stepped on it.....OR.....jacked-up the price for the white guy.

It won't make any difference. Those who are going to vote for Obama don't care and those that aren't voting for him, well, aren't voting for him anyways. Any independents left at this point probably won't vote at all or will vote on a whim.
  • !
Your right everyone's already decided on who there voting for. I don't think anybody can be persuaded to change there mind set at this point.
  • !
"...the Romney campaign apparently won't touch the cocaine-related hearsay with a ten foot straw."

"Romney's folks "didn't want anything to do with it," nor did they want their candidate "smeared with this type of activity."

    Agreed.

Even if it were true, which I doubt, I believe we all do stupid things when we're young -- that's what youth is for. If I like someone, it's usually warts and all.
  • !
    @Denizen_Kate My point exactly...

I am slightly different. "If you do not stand for something, you will fall for anything." I tend to draw the line somewhere near illegal narcotics, socialism, and having friends who say GD America in a place of worship. But that's just me.

Anyway, what's wrong with coke dealers, or for that matter, weed dealers, meth or heroin dealers. They are just capitalists and no worse than the pharmaceutical companies. In fact, in many ways, more honest and less harmful than pharmaceutical and health insurance companies. I've met both kinds and the coke, meth, weed dealers are more personable and down to earth than the corporate ass holes.
  • !
Yeah...um...those meth dealers that stole $2000 worth of anhydrous ammonia from our place were great guys. They let the valve on the tank sit open and let all the ammonia drain out, cut a $45 gate lockset to get in, let 7 cows and a horse out into the road, drove their truck through my fence doing another $750 in damage and utimately wrecked into a house after a high speed chase doing another $7500 in damage and putting a 70 year old man into the hospital for sitting at his table drinking coffee.

I got no use for people brewing pharmaceuticals in old bathtubs and garbage cans and even less for those who would put that garbage into their systems.

Weed on the other hand grows wild out here. Cows love it and I don't mind.
  • !
    @CanisCanemEdit
Which is a very small fraction of the damage done, and stolen by, pharmaceuticals and insurance companies from innocent people.
Capitalists all. Sorry you were one of millions of victims of American capitalism.
  • !
That has got to be the most ridiculous post you've ever put out. Side with the drug dealers? Amazing. You have completely lost all credibility with me. Not that you care but even though we disagree on much I never would have guessed. Thank you for your service, I still respect that.
