Romney: Vote for Me, or Face Debt Ceiling Disaster
Because Republicans in Congress won't work with Obama

In a speech to huge crowds in Ohio, Romney warned that a second Obama term would feature another debt-ceiling crisis and a likely economic disaster, reports TPM's Benjy Sarlin.
"You know that if the President is re-elected, he will still be unable to work with the people in Congress," said Romney. "The debt ceiling will come up again, and shutdown and default will be threatened, chilling the economy." Romney doesn't say who will make this threat, but in the last debt ceiling crisis it was House Republicans.
Romney's other main point was that as president, he'd focus solely on the economy. "I won't spend my effort trying to pass partisan legislation that's unrelated to economic growth," Romney said, referring implicitly to Obamacare. "From day one, I will go to work to help Americans get back to work."
