YES, just hands off in instead of a softer approach to marijuana users in all 50 States when full legalization because must treat to both marijuana and alcohol users same as equal way due to both "high" and "drunk" that are same way. I believe that marijuana stay limit up to top during more and more smoking pipe or joints so that problem for alcohol to cause no limit "drunk" climb up through the roof out to highest "drunk" into out of control.

Legally speaking the federal Government has no legal authority in the matter. The federal government was built to, 1) print money/regulate interstate trade 2) defend the Union from foreign threats 3) when states argue with each other the federal government was to step in No where in the constitution does it say " the federal government is to manage drug laws" it's the states job

Do I think that Marijuana should be made legal Federally? Yes, I do think that is the proper course of action. However, as it is a Law right now in many states that it is illegal, I think it should be enforced as such. Those who are caught know that it is against the law and should not do it, because of that fact. If you don't want to face the consequences, just don't buy Marijuana.

I don't use marijuana. There is no valid reason, that I can see, to make marijuana illegal in the first place. Botanists tell us that it is a weed that grows in 49 of the 50 states. To make a weed illegal seems kind of ridiculous. When we made alcoholic beverages illegal during prohibition all we did was to create an income stream for organized crime. The results of that can be found in any newspaper. If people want something, they will get it. We are doing the same thing with marijuana. Absolutely, under the concept of federalism most these decisions are supposed to be left to the states anyway. More to the point, considering all the serious problems in the world and this nation, someone smoking a plan that is so low in terms pf toxicity there is not a recorded death from overdose in history. YES...They should do their jobs and do as the tax payers that support them say. It was a bogus BS law to start with and only puts NON VIOLENT people behind bars. We don't mind federal retirement supporting the lazy bums that are suppose to be there to serve us. Prohibition is one of the biggest scams we have put up for too long now. Too much can be gained from the usage of the plant over the minor bad things that can happen with it.
