They have never held Obama responsible and have never been anything but the official propaganda arm of Obama and the Democrats . They are there to receive their marching orders for the coming year.
You may not have a problem with that, but let's not call it truth.

BUT, if it were Fox journalists meeting with a Republican president, you'd be all over this like flies on shit.

So you see it as harmful...

Not holding Axelshaft's Boy accountable for the Benghazi Coverup where Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were murdered would meet your standard.

Not Holding Axelshaft's Boy accountable for protecting the Shyster General from responsibility for the Murder of Brian Terry in "Fast and Furious" would meet your standard.

Candybar Crowley PARTICIPATING in the Second Debate by adding in her admittedly incorrect opinion to respond to the Question regard Benghazi would meet your standard.

    Need more?

I'm think MSNBC is better than Fox at reporting the news albeit their slanted version. Fox just lie and then continues to build upon the story
Fox today is still describe Boehner's plan as Esrkine Bowles plan although he denied it. Fox continues to indicte Costas over guns when all he did was read an article written by a local KC Fox employee!!
I found it equally interesting to learn that Roger Ails sent an envoy to Petreaus to inform him that Rupert Murdock would back him financially 100% if he were to run for President against Obama..
That's not reporting or even creating the news it's a blatant attempt to buy our country. News Corp isn't enough??Sp
If Obama choose to use MSNBC as a vehicle to send his message how different is using TV media from Internet Twitter Facebook they're all media and there isn't a soul alive to believe any cable news show is any more than an entertainment podium not a real new source (Amazing that all the news bunnies on Fox are blond and MSNBC are either brunette or AA

It doesn't matter to me. What does matter is that this motley group of "journalists" who
are slanted in their views to the point of annoyance, were within talking distance
    of the President.
  • !
no it's not proper for journalists to be that Cody with the president... that's why it's okay for the MSNBC gang to go there... they are nowhere near journalist

The people invited were not "hard news" journalists. The MSNBC people invited have never hidden their liberal leanings. Their shows are op/ed views from the Liberal side. They make no secret of that unlike Fox News, who tries to fool people with their "fair and balanced" lie.
  • !
No, they represent the "opinion and analysis" group at MSLSD. They make no secret?

If you ever watch the transition from Shep Smith to Bill O'Reilly, Smith usually points out that the "opinion and analysis" segment is coming up, separating it from the journalism/news aspect of Fox.

You NEVER see that on PMSNBC.

I wonder why Chris "thrill up my leg" Matthews didn't get invited! He slobbers over Obama every chance he gets!

As for the people invited...how the hell is Rev. Al a "journalist?" He's a race bating slug; nothing more, nothing less.

@methinks - I watch neither. Or rather I watched enough of both to understand that any "truth" from either FOX or MSNBC was going to be severely slanted. I did watch FOX enough to realize they actually make shit up. Regardless, calling anyone on either network "news journalists" is a joke.

@MRMacrum What about MSNBC? They make shit up and pander ALL THE TIME!!!! You don't hear them talking about Benghazi, do you? It's nearly 2 months since 4 Americans lost their lives, and there's nothing being reported by the MSM, only Fox.

If this happened in a Republican administration, people like Angry Ed Schultz would be foaming at the mouth and calling for that presidents impeachment!!!

As I stated, this group is their "opinion" group, to which there is no disclaimer from MSNBC, unlike Fox which does make that disclaimer at 8pm...

@methinks - As I said, I watch neither. I gave FOX more of a chance than I did MSNBC. Any conjecture about the if president was a Republican you might like to create to satisfy your Right Wing feelings of persecution from the Left I have no comment on. Anyone who allows either to form their political opinion only indicates they prefer others to lead them down the garden path instead of finding their own way. Neither side ever has the correct answer all the time.

@methinks 6612 Americans have lost their lives in the continuing travesty of Iraq and Afghanistan and I never see either extreme news source discussing it.
The truth is, most Americans can't be bothered with the status of our troops or ambassadors overseas. No, Honey Boo Boo is much more entertaining.
I blame both sides for this apathy. During Viet Nam local news sources would mention names nightly. Apparently interest and or concern has died over the years. Ship em out and forget.

Is it proper? Hello? Anyone remember Geroge Stephanopolous' contraceptive question... carefully crafted in advance of of Obama's "Free Contraceptives" announcement to create good campaign ad sound bites.

On the topic of groups that don't like to have their relationship publicized...

Angry Ed, Rachel Madcow, Race Bater Rev. Al, and affirmed socialist, Larry O. What a group of Obama groupies. The leaders of the USSA's version of Pravda.

They didn't mention Thrill Up My Leg Matthews, because he was under Obama's desk...

In this administration, of course it is...I wonder when he'll be entertaining Fox News? I'm
sure he'd love having them, except..then maybe someone may ask a question about
what happened in Benghazi..or how we will get out of the over 16 trillion dollar debt this
county is in and how we'll pay it back without taxing the middle class and small Business
to death, and what will happen when we go over that 'Cliff', you know , all those silly questions Americans want answered but he blatantly ignores. Being the POTUS is a
big F%&*ing deal ! There's a whole lot of parties and Talk Shows and golf and vacations, I mean , Whew !!! Who has time to run the country with all THAT going on?!
I look at it this way now...at least when he's partying that's less time he's plotting how to destroy the U. S. and that's a good thing.. Party on Pres!!! LOL
