pWho is the worst Senator in Congress?

If a man of honor takes a job, or runs for office, has he not made a promised that he will at least attempt to do the job to the best of his ability? Sen. Reed has in my opinion, willfully refused to perform the job he took; that is to enforce the laws of our Government that was formed to protect us. As a young man in tech school (high school) I was taught that when I designed and build a machine it was first my honor that I produced then the product.
