Obama and Clinton Enjoy a Lovefest on 60 Minutes
They weren't always such mutual fans

President Obama and Hillary Clinton gave a truly stunning interview on Sunday's 60 Minutes. It was stunning mainly because of the lavish praise they heaped on each other – which contrasts amusingly with moments from their cutthroat 2008 primary battle.
Among the interview's highlights: Clinton "was already a world figure" when he chose her as Sec. of State, Obama said. "It has been a great collaboration over the last four years. I'm going to miss her. Wish she was sticking around."
By contrast, in 2008 Obama told Hillary dismissively, "you're likable enough." Clinton meanwhile compared Barack to George W. Bush and cried "shame on you, Barack Obama."
