A whopping 60% of Americans regard President Obama favorably, according to a new ABC-WaPo poll. That's the most popular the president's been in three years. His all-time high was 79%, around his first inauguration in 2009.
Interestingly, most of the increase in Obama's popularity came from non-partisans. Republicans like Obama less than they did in January 2012 - with a 1% drop in those who favor him. Perhaps unsurprisingly, 5% of Democrats like the POTUS more than they did last year. But that makes the average increase among partisans only 3%, meaning that more than 7% of non-partisans must have begun to favor the president since last year.
Partially. The real thing is Obama is the first prez in history to win on a bad economy and with it he was able to motivate the bottom feeders to vote...many latinos and blacks whom hate whites, to vote for him and "approved whites" (i.e. democrats). That is why I think Biden will not be president. The next logical choice will be a black man or latino man. Still not ready for a woman just yet. Playing that hand in 2016 will backfire. Even the left realizes Hillary is generally worthless and she is too old and sickly.
Unless they happen to be in your side's favor right? With all due respect for 66 years I've been hearing people quote poll figures when it's going their way and saying polls mean nothing when it's going against them.
Pretty sure we know how most of the people who have been here awhile are going to answer and I don't care enough about the Newbs yet. My answer: He's not doing as well as Ron Paul would have been or Gary Johnson.
Because he has promised to continue and expand the welfare state, is pushing to let millions of criminals become citizens which will further burden our already taxed entitlement system.....because the American people like free stuff.
And yet there are still thousands every day who listen to NBC/MSNBC and believe them when they deliberately make conservatives look bad through dishonest editing. The latest? Martin Beshir... http://newsbusters.org/blogs/matthew-sheffiel...
@WMCOL ...the left has many more than MSNBC...have you listened to NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, HLN, CNBC? Radio definitely has more right leaning programming but NPR is leftist and of course gets government funding. Surprise, shock and awe!
