He is a great politician. He always gives great speeches. Too bad most of what he says are nothing but lies and distractions to get America to focus on other things instead of the scandals that are going on and that he claims no knowledge of or blames others for.

Inconsistencies in Obama's SOTU: 1). Women need more domestic violence protections, now for some reason. But women are suddenly tough enough for military combat. 2). More hurdles are needed to own a gun, but you can be a mentally deficient 102 yr-old and deserve to vote. 3). Germany has vocational high schools, great. But forgot to mention Germany has NO minimum wage laws (and lower unemployment rates than U.S.). 4). Pres. Kennedy & Reagan said political leaders shouldn't grasp for more power, but further progress. But U.S. foreign policy is all about "extending power and influence." So is Obama's domestic policy.

Ughhhh...heard it all before. Totally lacking. When I was a kid and watched Clinton or one of the Bush's (like em or not) say "The state of our Union is STRONG" I would get goose-bumps. I would feel proud and a little choked up. Now... Nothing. I feel nothing and it makes me sad.

To hear him tell it, all of us baby boomers who never went to preschool must be a bunch of illiterate dummies. I didn't love it but it was better than ok. The one thing that i really agree with was when he said bring it for a vote. Too often because because for what ever reason bills don't make it to a vote and to my way of thinking that is just plain wrong. Like my dad use to saym shit or get off the pot.

Well Obama talked about police wanting guns off the streets, I hardly see how a ban on firearms, which only legal law abiding gun owners would think of following is going to help police. Kind of hard to take Obama serious when he has illegals aliens in the front row. Isn't that our gov't aiding in the committing of a crime. Hmmm
