Hacktivist outfit Anonymous is vowing to disrupt this evening's State of the Union Speech,
reports CNN. Among other sources of their ire, the clandestine group is upset with the President's actions on military drones, whistleblower
Bradley Manning, and cybersecurity legislation, in particular his backing of the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, which Anonymous claims will turn "private companies into government informants."
"The President of the United States of America, and the Joint Session of Congress will face an Army tonight," declared the group. "We will form a virtual blockade between Capitol Hill and the Internet."
The threat of disruption targets the White House's own broadcast of the speech as well as major news outlets, including CNN, the organization grudgingly admits.
