Tue MongoAPillager v No, I would not actually i would like him to take some action,i would like to see him do a 180 and be done with liberty destroying idealism,to stop using PC junk science to sink this country into a third world domain,to stop inviting the ideology of 1984 to subjugate this country into his twisted view of an socialist/communist totalitarian utopia and to take his idiot savants to China or Russia were they could enjoy the kind of country they envision for America Post
u Tue fraps v No, I would not There is only one reason people think this is settled science. The government grant program that funds research only funds those who agree with its position. Thus any scientist who has an opposing view is silenced because of the lack of funds. This is just one more reason to get the government out of the funding business of any kind. Post

Jun 8 O_S_Thomas higher priorities? u mean being able to inhabit the earth is just secondary... @O_S_Thomas Post
Jun 8 PJS1973 @O_S_Thomas nice strawman...no, I mean that if we don't tackle the issues I listed, no one will work (because allost all people work for money) on environmental issues. I didn't say the environment is not important, but it's not as important as the issues I listed. @PJS1973 Post
Jun 8 O_S_Thomas @PJS1973 well in the short term they're important but global warming has such dire consequences. B1 @O_S_Thomas Post
Jun 8 PJS1973 @O_S_Thomas I don't disagree with you, and I don't want to smash the ecosystem. I worry if we don't take care of our issues in order, we won't be able to take care of them at all. Thanks! B1 @PJS1973 Post

Feb '13 Ghost116 v Yes, I would We only get one planet. And until we discover the technology to get out of this star system, we are stuck here. So if we destroy this planet, we all die. Republicans, Democrats, all of us. We need to cast aside this veil of ignorance that keeps us shackled to fantasy and mysticism that says that only a higher power can destroy this planet. We now can destroy this planet. Thus we need to take the necessary steps to preserve it for as long as we can. e6 endorsed Post

u Feb '13 jontobi v Yes, I would To leave our children a large debt is much more generous of us than to leave them a dead earth. Planet Earth is being destroyed by its inhabitants. We haven't always been good stewards. I think God would like us to take care of what he gave us. Why would He not? B1 e3 endorsed Post
