Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is selling his house in the Miami neighborhood he touted when he delivered the official GOP rebuttal to President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech.
"Mr. President, I still live in the same working-class neighborhood I grew up in," Rubio said Tuesday night. "My neighbors aren't millionaires. They're retirees who depend on Social Security and Medicare."
But the possible 2016 presidential contender may not be living there for long. He put his 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home on the market for $675,000 back in November, Politico reports.
Rubio's spokesman Alex Conant confirmed the house was for sale and told Reuters, "He'd like to move his family to D.C. since he's got young kids, but nothing is finalized."
