May 10 Jlope v No Unfortunately, nobody wants to use condoms, and the other forms of birth control can be hard to get for some people. So I would say it's more effective to teach abstinence and self respect than to try and encourage the use of condoms. Post
u May 9 tomincali v No yet it seems even with them scaddered all over most do not use them by all the unwanted babies and std's that have not gotten lower. sex edd must be teaching them to have at it at every chance, like the video says all you have to do is%%%% and nine month later your in the bux, slide your ebt. or go to the murdering dr and kill the kid. r1 reply Post

May 10 Jlope You're half right; I have heard of people having good sex ed in their schools, but mine was horrible. They tried to scare us out of having sex by showing us pictures of STD's and then making us watch a video of a woman giving birth. Enough with the scare tactics! Just teach the kids responsibility! B1 Post @Jlope
May 5 JTHEM v No I wish users exercise some caution on all fronts.Condoms do break. Is this the person you want to be a parent of your child (or not)? Post
May 4 DARSB v Yes I can't tell you how many Shriners have lobbed rubbers full of water out of hotel windows onto the unsuspecting heads on the street below! Latex terrorists. Post
May 3 NoAmnestyEVER v No Lack of morality leads to bad behavior. That's why AIDS has always run rampant in the gay community. Post
u May 2 fraps v No There is only one problem with condoms. They eliminate some of the pleasure. On the other side they also stop many pregnancies and protect against STD's. Maybe they will be able to find ways to make them more pleasurable to use. Post
May 1 MarkJM v No Better to have them than not. Now, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. Moral of the story: just because we provide the condoms means it shouldn't end there. There needs to be an emphasis on the guys using them as well. Post
u Apr 29 Angry_man v No I would rather have irresponsible dangerous or bad behavior with a condom than planned parenthood. B1 Post
u Apr 28 commonsense51 v Yes Liberalism, Progressivism, political correctness... for the past 50 years these are the mechanisms by which America's culture has degraded to one of total irresponsibility. Handing out free Condoms is just one of many things leading to bad behavior. Not the condom itself, but the mindset behind teaching our children that sex is ok as long as they use condoms. Christians said it 50 years ago, when you separate God from our nation, you separate responsibility & accountability. We are seeing the fruits of that separation. From our schools we took out any mention of our Christian heritage & replaced it with sex ed. I wonder why 60 years ago, teen pregnancy was far less tha... Post
u Apr 27 captbigtime v No LIKE THE PREACHER TOLD ME WHEN I WAS YOUNG IT IS NOT A SIN TILL YOU STICK IT IN BUT IF YOU DO WRAP IT!! PRACTICE SAFE SEX !!!1 Post
u Apr 26 Maestro333 v No By no means. Having or not having access to protection is not going to be a deciding factor in whether or not two [or more] people are going to engage is sexual activity. If protection is going to be a factor, not having protection will lead to couples [or groups] not to have sex. As Colbert said,"Contraception leads to more babies born out of wedlock in the exact same way that fire extinguishers cause fires." B1 Post
u May 3 TrueAtheist Who needs logic when the Catholic Church tells you what to think. That's probably the mentality in Mississippi. Maybe that's why they have the highest teen pregnancy rate in the country. Post @TrueAtheist
Apr '13 Hold_Please v No Using a condom is actually a perfect example of responsible, safe and good behavior. NOT having access to condoms leads to irresponsible, dangerous and bad behavior. B1 Post
u Apr '13 Zerodiaz v No How can you prevent human nature morality aside judge all you want the end result is always the same Post
Apr '13 PayThatCEO v I have mixed feelings There's really no such thing as "safe" sex unless you and your partner have never had sex before and you remain monogamous . Many a baby has been born via a condom and if someone has a disease you don't want, do you really think it's safe to trust your health to a paper thin piece of latex? But human behavior is what it is, so a condom is better than nothing. Post
Apr '13 JesusLivesInMe v I have mixed feelings I wouldn't say it's the access to those things that leads to bad and dangerous behavior. I'd say it's the fact that they have access to those things that says it's okay to do bad and dangerous behavior. IE: If you give a teenager a condom you're saying it's okay to have premarital sex just as long as they're protected. No, it's not okay and all that does it 'put a band aid on a cancer'. In other words, it doesn't solve the real problem, it only masks it. If a person wants to do something stupid and immoral let them suffer the consequences. What really leads to irresponsible, dangerous, and bad behavior is when there is NO deterrent, which our society has none of anymor... Post

o Feb '13 Colonel_Angus v I have mixed feelings Just label them "Assault Penile Devices" for maximum reaction. Aren't we scraping the bottom of the barrel for Politix topics now? Yes, a condom can be filled with water, or disgusting liquids and hurled off the top of a building or bridge at people or vehicles. Everything can lead to irresponsible, dangerous or bad behavior. What matters is the psycho misusing it and whether or not he saw it on "Jackass", an action movie or a violent video game. Come on, let's have some really serious questions. Who could be against condoms? B4 e4 endorsed Post

Feb '13 Dan_Tien v I have mixed feelings Having sex is dangerous. Having sex with someone that you are not absolutely sure has no STDs is even more dangerous, so using a condom if you are going to engage in that sort of thing is more responsible behavior, not less. Having sex is only "bad" behavior if it is rape, or if you think that God created sex to be avoided. B1 r14 replies e3 endorsed Post
Feb '13 lawnmowrman v No Not all males mind you, but teens with raging hormones, will do what they do and find women either foolish enough or drunk or doped up to let them do it without condoms if access to condoms is not available. Denying one access to condoms is both irresponsible and dangerous. r1 reply e3 endorsed Post
u Feb '13 BelinKS v No There has always been access to condoms. They were already given out for free at the health department. They are also easily bought from a restroom at a convienience store, or at all grocery stores, pharmacy chains or Supercenters. If a teen has his or her mind made up that they are going to have sex, then at least they will do so safely. Easy access to condoms will not change the percentage of teens having sex. Those that have made up their mind to wait won't decide to go ahead and have sex because condoms are easily accesable! r2 replies e3 endorsed Post
