pShould Bush and Cheney have been tried with war crimes over Iraq?

As usual, I'm amazed that all those voting "Yes" don't give any reason to support their position. Occupiers, uninformed malcontents, and the ignorant who don't even know what would warrant prosecution. They've been listening to bumper sticker sound bites. The fact is, Congress voted overwhelmingly to declare war on Iraq. Ostensibly, they are bright enough to research the topic themselves and come to a conclusion and not fall to some supposed spin job by the Administration. The entire world believed, based upon prior use by Saddam Hussein, and by his own declaration, that WMDs existed. In fact, these missing weapons now seem to be showing up in Syria, read the news.
