Then I worked for a plumber for 13 years. He thought he knew all the ins and outs of running a business. Including customer and employee relations. Before I left he was bringing in A LOT of money. Since I've been gone, it's close to nothing. People have actually told me that they don't use that plumbing and heating shop any more because I'm not there. To wrap things up ... I think most, by a very large percent of managers have no clue as to what it's really like working for them.
