Perfect!!! I commend this dad. How he stopped before killing the sick bastard is beyond me but he did perfect as far as im concerned. The only other justifiable thing he could have done would have been castration. Personally I would have killed him.....

This man harmed a minor. He is a paedophile.

Just as you are straight it does not mean you are fine with a man molesting young female members of your family.

So why would it mean the gay community at large would support this paedophile.

I am gay and i applaud the beating and the police for not charging the father. There is no inconsistency.

It's not that hard to figure out if you think.

@BishC no I wouldn't want a young female in my family, or anyone elses family to be molested, I have a 15 yr old Granddaughter, just recalling my kids and their friends, I also coached football and baseball, thought of all those boys as my kids, just a guarded person, and live near Atlanta where this kind of behavior is fairly common, so I've read

Well, I hope he see's his day in court. I have no sympathy for pedophiles. This beating wasn't justice, that man was attempting to take a child's innocence.... truly heinous. It wasn't justice, but the ass kicking was DESERVED.

Unfortunately the perv did take the innocence. Remember that the perv was committing sexual battery on the victim.

Well, the beating was justified because of the act being committed. But, that is only part of the justice required. Now the legal system is involved and this turd should be convicted and put into prison. He will probably get a little more justice while he is in there.

@seedtick ..... Don't be surprised if the father isn't charged with assault or something else the DAs office can dream up. Wouldn't surprise me a bit. Or maybe a lawsuit yes it happens.

Yup. They'd have picked up a broken-necked corpse if it'd have been me. At the VERY least, they'd have taken his mugshot pic with him in casts and a coma on a hospital bed.

Yea, if I had been Dad there would have been a "rearrangement" happening some place else more than his face...LOL!

He's over there officer...his other things are over here!

If he was dead it wouldn't be as satisfying. Remember how other inmates feel about child molesters.

Anyway, I could see myself doing the same thing to protect my kids. Most of all, I hope the 11-year old boy gets the help he needs and turns out alright from this.

@iregretthis I hope he realizes his Dad is a great man, who loves him regardless. I say that because for him to have fallen victim to this scummy a'hole there might have been a disconnect within the family, that allowed this child to be groomed easily.

This sick perp only got a down payment from the outraged parent. Unfortunately, we have a bunch of liberal activist judges sitting in a lot of these courtrooms throughout the country that have both a pernicious and permissive bent. Let's hope this perp gets a Judge Judy or a Wapner to conclude the Justice due this miscreant!!

@iregretthis not so sure any kid could ever get over something like this, that's why I watched my 3 boys like a drone waiting for a target when they were young, thank God, they all survived childhood

@S-N-A-F-U "Unfortunately, we have a bunch of liberal activist judges sitting in a lot of these courtrooms throughout the country that have both a pernicious and permissive bent. " Don't really agree. But, yes, there are several judges out there that do not allow their emotions to dictate their behaviors or rulings during a trial, but uses intelligence.

Oh, he'll get beatings and something else too. He'll be somebody's bitch. 18 and a child molester? That's "fresh meat" for prison rapists.

I agree with you. This sicko should NOT get to go into protection, but in general population and let the other inmates know what he did. Let them have their way with him.

I understand you saying that, but I'd rather our system be in charge of punishing someone for what they've done and not leave it up to other criminals to have their way with someone. I also don't agree with prison justice because it puts those who work inside in danger. They might have chosen that career, but damn, no one should have to be caught up in any of that kind of shit and possibly lose their life from it getting out of hand.

I'm all for the death penalty by the way and think ANYONE who looks in the eyes of a child or an animal - innocent beings who trust us to protect and keep them safe - then takes advantage of that ultimate trust for their own sick issues, Does Not Deserve To Live Among Us. If we can't kill them off immediately, then shoot them out into space! They are not worth any effort, because they cannot be fixed or made right with punishment or therapy or time. No one will ever trust them, so why bother? To The Moon!

@ALonelyHeart Well regardless with anyone thinks about our prison system or the death penalty or the justice system in general. This man deserves to stay alive, and in pain. One way or another.

The perp will probably be contacted by an attorney eager to sue the dad for assault and medical expenses.
When one of my daughters was 14, a group of neighborhood boys jumped her, tied her hands to a tree and were in the process of removing her shirt when I saw them from an upstairs window. I yelled at them then headed downstairs to the front door and across the street. They had all scattered by the time I got to her. Interesting, the reactions from their parents, from the mother who called me the minute she heard about it, to the others who swore their sons would never do such a thing even though they knew I had seen them too. Not one of the fathers would get involved. Not one.

Thank you. Hopefully your daughter has grown into a confident lady with a strong sense of being and self-respect, that was raised up to the heavens on that day because of her Daddy.

@Realthinker Oh geez, I am sorry! That makes what you said all the better! Good Job Momma!

I had a really good Mother too, that I lost in 1978 when I was 21 years old. She taught me almost all I'd need to know in those years, thankfully. I still think of her every day - sometimes for a split second with a smile; other times much longer and with tears. I'm grateful for the memories regardless. Take care.

    No, not yet,
Now put this perverted, POS in general Pop. and let all the Bubba's have a field day with him, for the next 20+ years.

I'm surprised there are no liberals on here wanting to charge the dad with a "hate crime" for beating the shite out of a homosexual. Afterall, he has "rights."

I like the fact that we posters here can at least (for the most part) agree on one thing. Now maybe if both sides could find some middle ground and compromise for the betterment of all we as a country could move forward.

@mkberry85 I disagree. Sometimes street justice is the perfect answer- in the case, the perv got a little bit of what he deserved. (Hopefully his fellow inmates will pick up where Dad left off.) I'm pretty liberal but molesting a child is simply unacceptable and was handled pretty well here. I applaud the sheriff for not charging the father with any crime.
