    He does have a small point. If you're for border security and not wanting these illegals to be given citizenship you're often called a racist by anyone who disagrees with you. It's an absurd response meant to stifle any debate. Just because a large portion of illegals tend to be Hispanic doesn't mean people who are for border security are racist against Hispanics! It's idiotic.

    This is often the case yes. Brook's rant is over the top of course. But it is true that if you are against allowing illegals in you do get called a racist.

    The amount of times I have seen people on this website call Hispanics lazy (despite their reputation as hard workers) just proves that the motivation is racism.... Call it what it is, but whenever you label a group of people and call them a name, that is prejudice!

    No matter if its racially motivated, or class motivated.... It's still wrong.

    And just because somebody else does it, doesn't mean that justifies you doing it too!

    Conservatives play the race card more than anybody. White power is something very important to them. They make white males into victims to a point of hilarity. It's sure ugly though.

    @Now_What No. It's the liberals who play the race card. We even have liberals who make a living playing the race card - people like Al Sharpton.

    Most of the charges of Conservatives playing the race card are by liberals who claim they are using dog-whistles. A Conservative can't even use the President's full name without being called a racist and a hater.

    Look up dog whistle politics in Google. Page after page of liberals claiming Conservatives are prejudiced against all minorities because they use common language that somebody decided is a code word. If it weren't being taken seriously by so many people, it would be laughable.

    People who believe racism is in everything, find it everywhere - even when it isn't there. I was almost fired once for suggesting we have watermelon at a company picnic. I suggested it because watermelon is one of my favorite foods. Yet I had to sit through hours of meetings with HR because I suggested it. Thank goodness the guy who suggested fried chicken was black! It just gets to be rediculous!

    Can someone please provide some concrete examples of this War on Whites? A war constitutes many battles, so if there is something waging, then there must be many, many examples of this war on whites. I'm white and I'm just not feeling like there is a war going on.

    if you are openly discriminated do to race you would hope a law would protect you,call a lawyer and ask if he/she would take a case of racial discrimination or harassment for a white person, being called racial slurs and other things that would have you in court if you did it.

    Search what you will and you will never find it. Mainly because it isn't there it's only a figment in their minds derived from some internal guilt about their prejudices they haven't learned to deal with yet. I might add that these people are fearful of losing something they think is only justly theirs and the think people of color are somehow unworthy of these benefits. Fear is an awful motivator.

    Honestly. It is a war on American citizens. Legal citizens. Not about race! But about being legal! If they can not enter the country by the legal means, they should be expelled, deported. But this is not a race war! This is a legal citizen war! Might rethink the wording before saying something!

    The people that you described are the followers. The leaders don't feel an ounce of guilt about anything that they do, they're simply following a program that they think will expand their power base to include the people who are producing the most children in the world, Asians, Middle Easterners and Africans. Why do you think both the liberal and conservative establishments in America and the European technocrats are willing to risk the destructive force of terrorism by virtually pleading with the more fertile Muslims to emigrate to the West?

    To these economic and political elitists, both "right wing" and "left", education is the weapon that they are certain will neuter the Islamic faith. i, on the other hand, believe they are wrong and that their belief system is the one that will be neutered.

    White Liberals, just like black liberals, brown liberals, and every other liberal all have one thing in common....they, unlike most republicans, actually believe that line in the Declaration of Independence that says: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

    And we try to make sure that it's lived up to.

    Some people can't stand that.

    @Kimber_TLE Maybe....once we get to a place where whites are not hired because of the color of their skin, you can have "affirmative action" as your consolation prize, and then you can really see what you've been missing out on, and what you've been so envious of for all these years.....or your grandchildren will at least.

    As a white person who has found herself living in a mostly black area due to demographic changes, I recognize that all this hoopla isn't over race at all. It's a war of economics. See, conservatives and Republicans don't care for those of us who aren't wealthy. That includes me and all my lower-income neighbors of ALL races, struggling to get by. They like to turn it into a race thing because Republicans like to think that all white people are well-off and all non-white people are welfare cases. And they refuse to acknowledge those of us in the middle. The working class - white, black and otherwise.

    What's funny is, those who in the working class tend to feel comfortable with each other regardless of color and most of us feel betrayed and spit on by Republicans.

    Republicans believe in hard work makes one successful. The low working, inherited wealthy Democrats love to perpetuate and create the modern slave. Making folks like you dependent on the government as your savoir. Telling you that you can't do it on your own but must be "helped" through taxation of the hard workers. you need to get a clue. With every generation in my family we have striven for more for our kids and SHOWED them what hard work can do.

    @bleakoutlook Well great for you I'm politically pro-choice and personally anti-abortion but I'm a young gay male and so abortion isn't going to probably be an issue with me and a future partner lol, so it's not my place to dictate what others do.

    But when it comes to liberals wanting to force businesses to pay for birth control. That's just absurd.
