No! This is NOT acceptable! Now when the number 1 law enforcement authority in our country---just dismisses some of our basic rights as citizens...its time to worry...I just can not believe how much this "terrorism" thing has gotten this whole country so scared, that some of our basic rights as citizens continue to be eroded. Warrant-less wiretaps, the "patriot" act...and now this! Where will this end? Hell at this rate...sooner or later the feds will simply arrest everyone...and then make each person "prove" they are not a terrorist!

Hence the point of those of us that have been arguing from the get go about the Patriot Act and NDAA 12 being merely the beginning. This is how tyranny starts.
I believe it was Bobolinski who said I was beating a dead horse to death. Apparently the last two days have proven I wasn't.

Oh come one...BS...Bush had the patriot act...so he is not exempt from this erosion of personal freedom..Stop trying to make Our Freedom some kind of partisan issue...I don't agree with your politics...but I would still personally fight for your freedom!

@woodtick57 Actually this is an upgrade on Bush era privacy intrusions - Surveillance 2.0. Datamining opens every record ever stored about you to be sifted for "suspicious" comments and activities, not just real-time data.

I seem to recall the Bush admin failed "to connect the dots" and 9-11 was the result wasn't it ?? Just a question of what the price we're willing or unwilling to pay to avoid another attack isn't it?

What else do we expect from a marxist's 'puppet boy' who should already have faced criminal charges numerous times. barry obama soetoro dances to his 'master' george soros music & holder is the 'court jester or clown ' for BO. Neither one of these failures got where they're at without alot of backing for anti-American reasons. Gotta go , those black helicopters are flying around again . LOL

Dems and Reps, you do see that America is being ripped apart? You do see that we are all being played by our gov't.? That we are being lied to?

What a shock, Democrat hypocrisy. Remember when the left crucified Bush for any kind of surveillance? There is no end to the total hypocrisy from the left. Obama can do no wrong and Bush could do no right. Like I said many times, Obama could have raped a woman in the Oval Office or allowed the Ambassador to die with no help, and the people who elected him would say "who cares", give me my free stuff. The only thing I don't know for sure is if the Left can see their hypocrisy and don't care, or they are just that stupid.

Well I've heard it before used on me," the elections over, get over it"
It's not like people didnt know what they were voting for, all that free stuff comes with a cost,.. Maybe our Obamaphones will just have a direct link to big brother?

@Thegrif But it's true, every time I mention I've been on' secret double probation', they delete my posts...I don't
know why that offends them. I've been 'warned' about a few things I've posted and then I jokingly said I was on
'double secret probation' and they delete me again. I'll see...I may get a warning. This whole spying thing is
getting scary, it is Big Brother, for sure...I don't know where we're headed and I'm afraid of where we'll wind up...
You can't make the Liberals see it though. It's like they're blind. Drives me nuts!...

@mimi57 @mimi57 well we got the deal with Holder now keeping tabs on anyone with no probable cause, and the extension of warrantless wiretapping. Sounds like the start communism to me. No one wants to hear it though, classic denial.
Mimi, where America is going is away. Soon just being on here stating speaking your mind will be a crime.

@Thegrif I'm still trying to figure out what happened...? I have never seen this country so divided. My best friend
since first grade is a liberal, we can not discuss politics. I was campaigning for McCain and she was putting Obama signs in her yard. I love her dearly...but she can't see it, and I can't see how she can't see it !!! Pastors
are now leaving churches for fear they'll get sued for not marrying a gay couple or for something they preach
that may "offend" someone. It's getting scary, I'm ready to move to Texas...

@mimi57 whats goin on here is going to be bigger than Texas mimi.
This is a world changer. This is in no way political, politics is merely the cloak used to mask the changing events.
Scared? You have every right to be. We need the libs to see this for what it is, we need them, we need unity. It worries me too.

Starting with John Mitchell in the Nixon Administration, we have had a long line of worthless if not outright criminal attorney generals. What is there about that position beyond power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely?
