I thought it was funny that she presented a movie about an embassy getting attacked and the efforts to rescue them. Too bad they didn't see it before Benghazi

Queen Mooch wore a dress with a estimated price of $ 9,000 in Oscar's awards ceremony.

Absolutely the perfect choice...she should have won the best actress award for her performance as First Lady.

Blah, blah, blah, blah!!! Why would I sit and watch a bunch of communist pigs praise themselves by giving each other awards??? Would rather put a gun in my mouth and pull the trigger!!!

Michelle Obama taking part in a Hollywood actor event recognizing actors talent isn't so big a stretch for her or for Obama ,many may believe that they have been putting Americans on, an act, since first being elected.

Is it me or is anyone else a little uncomfortable with how politics and hollywood keep getting a little cozier with each other every year. Being a well like politician these days is the same as being Hollywood's latest "it" person.

You're on a message board named POLITIX, what did you expect, a cooking show?

Yes, I imagine those who tuned in to see the Oscars just loved the bigger than life sized Michelle and her new HUGE bangs looming over her, the Hollywood crowd probably peed their pants in religious awe but the rest of us just wanted to see the show. Sigh, really, must the Obama's intrude on every event?

Not really, what does Michelle Obama have to do with movies, except maybe she watches them, and Hollywood stars told all their little hanger ons zombies to vote for her husband and have them lots of money? I guess she was repaying?

I figured she would be to buisy taking kids lunches and giving them greasy chicken nuggets. But i guess it is good to see Nanny Obama out and about with us lowly serfs who's kids do not deserve the same protection hers does.

Hell no. There is no way Meeshell my Bell belonged on that show. It was just the typical Hollywierd lieberal slant.

I, for one, never have watched the Oscar's. Most winning films (with some exceptions) leave me with the feeling..."say what"?
But, I do have to wonder what Michelle's hair really looks like under the wigs......LOL

Ditto. I'd like to see Argo, but Affleck is just the worst. I honestly cannot watch a movie with him in it without getting intense phlegm in my throat.

@Fishbone345 Might be bad to say, but, haven't been to the "movie house" in many years. Last time I went, cell phones, talking and out right rudeness made me have phlegm in my throat. Knew I would get in "trouble" correcting the rudeness, so, just stopped going. Besides, since when can a soda and bucket of popcorn for two cost $25 dollars retail (wholesale at best $2.50). Guess I'm a cheapo. Rather spend that money on a good dinner and drink and rent a DVD.

@jessejaymes Nominated....? Clint picture....? Damn, am I conversation with Mr. Eastwood. If I am, I admire your pictures (especially your latest works) and hope you continue to talk to empty chairs (why not, I do it all the time, don't I, Mr. chair) LMAO

"Politix publishes op-eds and analysis from political experts - including elected officials, analysts, campaign consultants, and lobbyists - to enrich and diversify the site content for our users."

Too bad Politix's idea of "to enrich and diversify" means to overwhelmingly use left-leaning Obama boot-lickers to do op-ed peices, while occasionally throwing out one from the right. But hey, it isn't like we all didn't already realize the blatant liberal bias here.
