WELL, Dr. Noble, I believe that America is finally discovering that they elected an empty suit. De nada.

Americans were the victims of a continous message by the liberal leftist elite that Americans owed a debt lone overdue for slavery in the distant past and Americans thought that voting for a black man would in some small way ease the white race of their guilty feelings. Americans never gave a thought as to whether this black man was interested in preserving America or working to bring it down.

@methinks Yes Eastwood was very right and anyone with half a brain knew he was. But the liberal lefties tried to paint a picture to the public like he was just some crazy old man. Obama and the left are great at one thing and one thing only and thats taking a good decent man and completely rip him apart with their dirty vile ways. Karma always wins in the end and do think the end might not be to far away. This adminastration has been the lowest most corrupt goverment than I have ever wittnessed and it has totally amazed everyone how half of this country has been brainwashed by this pretender.and when its all said and done, this will wake this country up to how close we almost let one man destroy it. He was elected only because he had every black,Asian,Latino,Gay,Muslim and welfare recipiants vote only because these are the groups that thought he would make THEIR lifestyles better, not because he was the most qualified and the better man to lead this country. Well I hope they are satisfied by the HOPE and CHANGE and leaning FOWARD Slogans because they are about as big of a joke than he.

@Buckfan4life2 What they did to Eastwood was right out of "Rules for Radicals:"

RULE 13:“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

    Chicago thug politics, Alinsky style.

Even the best can only lie so much that eventually seekers of truth can see thru the lies and actions. The master of deceit( obama ) is being exposed for what he is.

@Starsplash. Really. How do you come to that conclusion? How many terms did Romney serve as president for you to base your comparison?
  • #126
    !
@stimpy the platform he was running on. The 6-7 months before the elections with all those debates. His policies etc...

Ya... I was alive when it happened.
  • #127

@Starsplash. Yet the only failure of his platform was to get him elected. No substantive evidence they would not work. You have no record of him as the countries president to argue against. And as far as his record as a businessman, well his bank account speaks for itself. And before you go off on a tangent about buying companies and liquidating them for a profit, he did that with the ones that could not make a profit as they were. Doing exactly what his investors asked him to do, make them money. Same as every working person does.

@Starsplash You might have been alive but you must have been stoned and stiil are. Do any of you that are still defending this pretender realize how foolish you look?

    How about 2 other reasons:
    1) His stand on Social Security and Medicare 2) All of the above
As I said before, once the "man" secured his re-election, all bets are off and the bus started making circles around all (except his real employers....corporations). Don't want to start a panic, but, if you see a bus.......walk or run the other way. You just might be thrown under that bus!
There're a lot of older folks who rely on SS and Medicare. They paid into those systems for a lifetime. They deserve their "entitlements" long before welfare/medicaid is handed out!

His offering up the seniors is going to drop his numbers like the Titanic. You ain't seen nothing yet. The many is willing to put his presidency on the line for 3.5% of the population (gays) but he has no worries about shafting the largest voting block in America. He should just send out notices to the Dems in D.C. "You're screwed. My treat".

@jessejaymes With his "offering up the seniors", I'm sure the 'pubs are wetting their panties! Wherever Neo is at, I'm sure he's now saying "happy, so happy" LOL

@stepped_in_it With both Obama and the right trying to strip social security I can see some Independents winning in 2014. I'm running. On the platform that seniors are owed this money and by God as long I'm in office I'll filibuster any attempt to take their money until; the day the last baby boomer is gone. Should be an easy election.

What about the idea that Obama is making the wrong choices on most issues intentionally? He is a snake, good at manipulating people, a straight-faced liar, and cunning.

    Obama

    Ineptocracy (in-ep- toc'- ra-cy)

A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed are rewarded with goods and services paid for with the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

And people are starting to see. It always happens in a Presidents 2nd term. I think Presidents kind of run out of steam and people get tired of them at the same time.

The American people really are fickle, and that is why we're in this mess, because a smoke and mirrors campaign can get people like Obama elected, even though people know deep down he is wrong for the job.

Blacks that vote Democrat probably do that for the sake of continued benefits. Poor whites tend to vote Republican despite their situation. Their not smart enough to know their being lied to. The producers you referred to have been steadily dropping for three decades. Much of that drop can be attributed to Republican policies during the Presidencies of Reagan and Bush.

If you take away the fabricated and biased polls skewing in favor of him, his approval rating would be much much lower than what is reported.

His anti-gun control support is what will hurt him and any politician that sides against the Constitution the worst, but also his bluff on the Sequester, and the whole drone scandal of requiring approval to use drones on American citizens overseas and now even on US soil, along with his controversial Executive Orders a couple months ago, and his lack of regard for the Bill of Rights,......... well, this could continue for a while.

His anti gun stance doesn't really hurt him. Pro gun people have not been Obama supporters all along. What's killing him is not his gay issue stuff or Obamacare. He's now pissed off the seniors by constantly offering major cuts in social security and medicare. A lot of seniors are leaving his boat over this.
  • #80
    !
@jessejaymes 35% or more of his previous supporters are gun owners, since 35% of Democrats admit to owning firearms and assuming all of those registered Democrats voted for him. Yes, gun control is a major issue, and is what cost the Democrats to lose the 40 years of control of Congress in 1994.
  • #113
    !
@Concerned_Cit Of course you may be right but as a senior who own guns I can tell you this much. I know the House will block any real gun control laws. The house is with Obama on cutting senior medicare and SS. So I still think it's more the latter than gun control.
  • #176
    !
I don't believe his anti-gun stance is hurting him. It's more his rolling over and looking weak when it comes to defending Social Security & Medicare. I'm another of those gun owning democrats, I support more comprehensive background checks for all gun purchases but none of the other measures. I really don't believe he's got much of a chance to pass any gun control measures, much less those I oppose. His use of drones may also be hurting him among liberals who can't support a President who believes he has the right to execute anyone he wants if they are suspected of terrorism.

I am pleasantly surprized at the number of people who understand that the sequester and our budget woes are his doing. Bob Woodward's revelation of the bullying coming from the WH has changed some minds too. The administration has no business trying to control the press, and if the president was getting his job done there would be no need to bully anyone. The emporer has no clothes.

I think the reason is personal finances.

Every workday last month I had lunch in an office cafeteria with a bunch of people, and most of them were surprised and appalled that their taxes had gone up so much in January. You know, not being wealthy and all. After a week of griping about that I got them looking at Obamacare costs in 2014, and quite a few of them concluded they would not be able to afford the premiums. In that sample his approval rating dropped from over 50% to about 5%.

Well I suspect that since the 47% have now secured their free subsidies for four more years they can now tell the truth about what a loser this guy is.

The sequester hurt him. He was preaching doomsday nonsense and the American people didn't buy it. His credibility definitely took a hit.
