    Indeed and sometimes standing by the country means supporting leaders like Putin or men like Donald Trump that at least on this subject have the largest amount of common sense and indeed their ideas help America.....

    President Hussein Obama and his admins along with warmongering conservatives and follow the leader progressive liberals would have dragged us all into a new war.....probably WWIII.....a war that we could not win and should NEVER have been involved in.....it they were going to as they have been in the past years.....harm America.....

    Obama said we've got a prob. with your chemical weapons, Russia threatened to block action on that in the UN security council, Obama threatened to act unilaterally, and syria and russia caved and are handing over the weapons. And you all say they are leading us around by the nose? Clearly we got what we wanted without firing a shot and clearly you've got it backwards.

    not to mention the fact that Putin called Kerry a liar and said he knew he was lying and then two days later he admitted that what Kerry said was totally correct....he looks like a fool with his foot in his mouth, and you all give him (the russian dictator a pass) and rip on your own president.......pathetic.

    Why are those simple facts so hard for you conservatives to understand. Take your Obama hating blinders off and come back to reality. Come back to America.

    How about 90-10? I do not think Obama has done anything right with Syria. Nada, Nothing. First he drew multiple red lines, all in the sand by the shore. Then he denied drawing a red line and said someone else did. Then he threatens illegal air strikes to punish Syria, something absolutely illegal in International Law. My problem is even finding 10% for Obama.

By saying that the author was pointing out the disgusting hypocrisy of the right......you all were either saying "youre either with us or against us" to liberals when they criticized the pres a few years ago, or you were completely silent on the issue......now, a few years later you all are all about criticizing the pres. and take offense when somone throws your own words (with us or against us) back in your faces.

TOTAL victory with out a shot being fired for Obama.

    SO how in the world do you figure Putin got the best of it? Plus he called John kerry a liar and then two days later admitted that Kerry was completely correct.

Then you missed that whole movement Dr. Paul and his supporters started back in 2007 (before Obama and the progressives had high hopes) because of all the Bush spending/debt and wars. You might have heard about it, it was called the modern tea party movement. We had our first really on the anniversary of the Boston tea party in 2007.

    The first problem I have with Ms. Leslie's post is the idea of 'your either with us or against us'. The second this is that disagreeing with our President Obumbler is unpatriotic.
    Obama played the fool to Putin. Putin took the mantle of moral leadership in the world. It may be sad, but it is clearly so.
    There were legal ways to deal with Syria. Obumbler ignored them. Any attack by the US would have been illegal by international law and would have legitimately opened us up to any kind of reprisal by Syria and its allies.
    As far as Putin wanting to look bigger and better than Obumbler, Putin can't help it. He outplays our community organizer all the time. It is probably not hard to do.

    I am almost to the point where I think that the American people deserve to be punished by letting the Democrats run hog wild to do everything they want to do. We have never known real oppression in this country and we are about to get a snoot full of oppression very shortly if we are not careful.     Face it, Obama's a hypocrite, prior to his becoming president he railed about Bush's wars, even though they had made it through Congress and the UN. Obama, Biden and the rest of the democrats poisoned the well of ME intervention and now wonder why folks don't want to drink from the well.

    Biden:"the president has no constitutional authority to take this country to war against a country of 70 million people unless we're attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked. And if he does, I would move to impeach him."

    I find it a stroke of genius that Obama used one, small threat of a limited Tomahawk missile strike on Assad's military delivery systems and got Russia and Assad to agree to give up his chemical weapons to international control . We won without firing a shot! LOL

    @KoolD The United States Navy has remained right off the coast of Syria and continuing monitoring all Syrian military movements, especially where they've been moving their chemical weapons into more secure areas. Remember George H W Bush 's Desert Storm? Hussein could run and hide ,but he couldn't lose the Americans watching his every move.

    There is no doubt in my mind that Obozo will personally be calling the shots and that gives me lots of confidence. He is a military genius with a real knack for surprise attack.
